| Q – How fresh are your
feeds and how are they generated? A – Our different
lead feeds vary from a few days in age to 30 days plus
or minus depending on the feed.
Q – What format do the leads come in?
A – CSV, TXT, or XLS.
(Combination usually zipped in RAR or ZIP)
Q – How do I receive my leads?
A – You will be given access to our server via a download link that you save to your favorites. You will be able to click on this link to download the new leads daily/weekly/monthly at your convenience.
Q – Is your company can-spam compliant?
A – Our sources that
generate the leads are can-spam compliant. If for
any reason we find that a provider is not can-spam
compliant, we will not continue our relationship with them. We normally request that
the leads have website source, time/date, and IP to
validate them, however, if the leads were generated
via telemarketing, direct mail, etc then those fields
aren't usually included.
Q – What is your return policy?
A – Because you are paying a set monthly fee which is saving you thousands of dollars
monthly, there is no need for
returns. If you calculate your cost per lead, there is nobody that can compete with what we offer.
We therefore do not offer returns. We do not hold
you to a contract.
Q – What payment methods do you accept?
A – We accept credit cards, wire transfers, direct deposits,
e-checks, and PayPal. For our data feeds, we require
that you signup for our recurring billing as it keeps
things running smoothly.
You can cancel the next months subscription with advance
notice.
For database sales we only accept wire transfers or cash
deposits unless you have been a long time client.
Q – How do I order?
A – Go to the link that we provide you once
payment is made and verified. Once we receive confirmation of your
order we will send you the download link to access the
incoming data daily (save the link to your favorites).
Your account will be billed every month on the same day
that you sign up for the data feed subscription.
